Canon Characters / NPCs
Wardens, keepers, scholars, traders, and wanderers — the recognisable names of present-day Ethora. Not rulers of whole regions, but figures whose lives shape the places around them.

One of Norrveil's most respected military leaders, overseeing the Northern Marches where the continent meets ice, storm, and wilderness.

Velmyre — The River Sanctuaries
Keeper of the River Sanctuaries
Resides in the northwestern wetlands of Velmyre, home to healing sanctuaries and riverside communities.
Kadal
Kharrow — Blackrock Pass
Forge Duke of Blackrock Pass

Harthmoor — The Heather Roads
The Grey Physician
A wandering healer whose reputation borders on legend; stories of his work appear in every region.
Frideric
Korvash — The Coral Exchange
Trade Prince of the Coral Exchange

Ilanera
Thalmere — The Long Roads
Songkeeper of the Long Roads
Holds no throne and commands no army, yet her influence along Thalmere's caravan routes reaches farther than many rulers ever achieve.
Velkss
No fixed region — last seen along the corrupt border
He's easy to find and hard to pin down. Ask in any tavern near the corrupt border and someone will know him, or claim to.
Hidan
No fixed region — last seen beyond the corrupt border
He led an army for a hundred years and then walked away from everything it earned him. Ask why, and even the people who fought beside him can't tell you.
Sys
Ethora's royal seat
King of Ethora
Ask anyone who the King of Ethora is, and they'll say Sys before they even think about it — steady, reasonable, and always the one still in the room when everyone else has left it.
